Yard Waste Collection must be contracted from Allied Waste by each household. Weekly Yard Waste pickup is every Wednesday – exceptions: Holidays

Please note: The more we recycle, the less goes into the land fill. Recyle materials must be placed in separate container provided.

Also note: Bulky items such as large furniture pieces require special collection arrangements. White goods (refrigerators, washers, etc. will not be picked up by regular haulers—one appliance recycler is Appliance Recyclers 5568 Dial Drive 62040

Hazardous household waste: such as paint, motor oil and car batteries will not be recycled by the regular recycling service provided by waste haulers. To dispose of these items, contact St. Louis County Department of Health, Office of Waste Management at 636-947-5959 / TTY 800-735-2866 or www.stlouisco.com from the St. Louis County homepage, in the "News & Notes" box, click on the bullet for hazardous waste collection.  The list of collection sites will not be available until the third or fourth week of March.
